Jim Auten leads NuTerra Strategies’ Org-Sync™ team.   In his role, Mr. Auten spends most of his time working closely with our clients’ internal operations staff and leadership team managing the Org-Sync™ process.  Prior to joining NuTerra Strategies, Mr. Auten spent 17 years in various production management positions within mid-market Wisconsin manufacturers, including Graetz Mfg. www.graetzmfg.com, Badger Sheet Metal http://bsmw.com, and Ace Manufacturing.   Mr. Auten has deep experience in managing accounting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, and production processes.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Evangel University, Springfield, MO.
