Michelle Smith is actively involved in the primary market research for NuTerra Strategies, LLC.  She also coordinates and executes the design of sales and marketing collateral.  Prior to joining NuTerra Strategies, Ms. Smith was a Quality Control Administrator for MCL Industries, Inc., www.mcl.bz, an industry leader in solution-based electrical equipment for heavy-duty on/off road vehicles and heavy-duty equipment manufacturers.  MCL is a full implementer of lean manufacturing, serving clients such as Oshkosh Truck Corp., Pierce Manufacturing, Manitowoc Cranes and McNelilus Truck Manufacturing.  In her role, she managed quality and improvement systems ensuring the quality rating of 99% on a monthly basis.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Minor in Graphic Design from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI.
